For over a decade, I’ve worked alongside brilliant engineers and inspiring leaders. My journey has taken me across Europe, from hands-on structural engineering and advanced system engineering to shaping supply chain global strategies and scaling innovation at companies like RWE, GE Renewable Energy, Siemens Gamesa, and COWI.

But the deeper I went into advanced engineering, the clearer it became:

Technical success isn’t just about systems, it’s about people.

Leadership is not about managing, it’s about inspiring. And resilience? It’s not optional. It’s essential when teams collaborate under pressure, when leaders navigate uncertainty, and when individuals push through doubt, stagnation, or overload to rediscover clarity and purpose.
